Are there any bus connections available?

Zuccoli has two bus stops (834 on Zuccoli Parade and 835 on Brook Circuit) and is serviced by the route 74 bus. For more information and a bus timetable, please visit the NT Government website here.

What services are available on site?

Zuccoli has been serviced by underground electrical, sewer, water and telecommunications networks. Provision has been made to service Zuccoli with the NBN Fibre to the Premise Telecommunications Network. Purchasers at Zuccoli are able to smart wire their homes to take full advantage of the NBN.

Does Zuccoli flood?

Zuccoli allotments, streets and internal stormwater systems have been engineered to a Q100 Storm Immunity.

What suburb does Zuccoli belong to?

Zuccoli is a new suburb and is named after the renowned Territory aviation and construction industry identity, Guido Zuccoli (7.11.1940 – 6.3.1997).

How much public recreational and conservation space will there be?

More than 20% of the development is committed to parks and conservation, which includes walking and cycling trails, play equipment and the WWII Heritage site.

Who maintains the landscaping and parks throughout Zuccoli?

Urbex will maintain the landscaped parks and entry statements for a period of 12 months from completion of each stage’s works at which point City of Palmerston will take over the maintenance

What size allotments are available for sale?

How many homes will there be at Zuccoli upon completion?

Zuccoli is a new master planned suburb that will eventually contain over 2,300 homes for in excess of 6,000 Territorians.

Where is Zuccoli?

Located to the south of Lambrick Avenue between the Stuart Highway and Mitchell Creek.

Can I build a duplex home at zuccoli?

There are dedicated allotments which will allow for Multiple Dwelling development such as duplex and even triplex residential designs

What are the building time frames at Zuccoli?

Purchasers will be required to have substantially commenced construction within 18 months of settling their lot purchase and completed construction and landscaping within 12 months of the construction start date.

Do you have building covenants?

In consultation with Darwin builders and architects, the Zuccoli Design Guidelines have been developed to promote housing designs based on the following key design principles:

  1. To create a neighbourhood that is laid back, open and leafy, embracing the Darwin lifestyle.
  2.  Welcoming front facades that create a positive relationship to the street.
  3.  Provide decent shade for walls and windows
  4.  Design homes that encourage cross ventilation through the dwelling.
  5.  Outdoor rooms as an extension of the home.

What type of housing is being built at Zuccoli?

We encourage purchasers to choose designs that are energy efficient, considerate of the topography and natural aspect which Zuccoli offers. Tropical design elements and an emphasis on enhancing outdoor living areas and natural cross ventilation is required.  An emphasis will also be placed on enhanced streetscape amenity to promote a visually attractive streetscape.

Will there be any commercial or retail facilities at Zuccoli

After opening in 2017, Zuccoli Plaza has quickly become the hub of the village. With an IGA, F45 gym, Cellarbrations bottle shop, Arafura Medical Clinic, and cafes, Zuccoli Plaza has everything you need right at your doorstep.

Where are the nearest educational facilities?

There are plenty of education facilities in Zuccoli and the surrounding Palmerston suburbs. Mother Teresa Catholic Primary School, located on Ginger Street in Zuccoli, welcomes students from Early Learning through to year 6. The recently constructed Zuccoli Primary School is located adjacent to Mother Teresa Catholic Primary and is open as of 2020. Located on Farrar Boulevard is Mackillop Catholic College. It accommodates years 7 to 12. In the surrounding Palmerston suburbs, just minutes away, there are multiple public and private primary, middle and senior schools as well as pre-schools and childcare centres.

Will there be any recreational facilities at Zuccoli?

More than 20% of the development is committed to parks and conservation, which includes walking and cycling trails, play equipment and the WWII Heritage site. The Zuccoli masterplan prepared by Department of Lands and Planning proposes future sporting fields, public parks and conservation areas.
