There will be a range of builders who will be providing house and land packages to purchasers and there will be a Display Village in the first land release to demonstrate housing designs which promote the principles of the Zuccoli Housing Design Guidelines.

Will there be any commercial or retail facilities at Zuccoli?

The Zuccoli Master Plan prepared by the Department of Lands and Planning includes a proposed village centre and commercial hub.  The Zuccoli Master Plan also includes a school, recreational facilities and conservation areas.   These facilities are proposed to be provided in the second stage of Zuccoli which is currently held by the Department of Lands and Planning.
