Get ready to crush some New Year’s Resolutions because F45 and the City of Palmerston are once again joining forces for Activate 2020 at Zuccoli Plaza!

Block one of the Activate program began a couple of days ago and will continue each week until Sunday 29^th March. Every Saturday morning, F45 at Zuccoli Plaza will be holding a functional small group training session from 8.30am to 9am. The training session at F45 will be unique and promises to get your body pumping!

This training session is only for Activate members only so head to the City of Palmerston’s website or Activate Facebook page to learn more about membership, timetables and other FAQ’s.
