Masterplan

Named in honour of legendary NT aerobatic pilot Guido Zuccoli, Zuccoli Village was created with a clear vision: to build a masterplanned community that honours the character, freedom, and climate of the Top End.

Spread across 96 hectares just five minutes east of Palmerston, this flagship community of ~815 homesites was laid out from day one to respect the land. Over one-third of the masterplan is permanently preserved as natural bushland, winding alongside the peaceful curves of Mitchell Creek. Wide, tree-lined avenues are shaped to catch prevailing breezes, while slow-speed streets allow kids to cycle safely between backyard barbecues, tree-shaded neighbourhood parks, and Zuccoli Plaza at the heart of it all.

Water-sensitive design protects the Mitchell Creek corridor, while landscaped swales and lush green corridors naturally manage wet-season rainfall throughout Zuccoli Village.

Kilometres of dedicated walking trails and cycling paths connect parks, schools and Zuccoli Plaza, making it easy to move around the community every day.
