Run by the City of Palmerston Council, ‘Activate’ is a free health and fitness program and it is back for 45-weeks (in 3 x 15-week blocks) in 2019.

Activate offers Palmerston and rural participants a taste of the range of physical activity options available in the community, catering for all fitness levels and abilities.

The latest block which will run from May – August features Zuccoli Plaza’s F45, which will run three challenging workouts per week.
