F45 in Zuccoli offers locals a great community to exercise and achieve their goals together. Our lovely sales consultant at Zuccoli Village, Nicole, recently completed one of F45’s 8 week challenges with the support of trainers Imogen and Ange.

Nicole was inspired to join F45 after breaking her wrist which resulted in her falling out of her usual fitness habits. The challenge was the perfect solution to find her inspiration and motivation again. Nicole found she absolutely loved the cardio sessions because of the high energy involved, she found it challenging and loved how it improved her overall fitness. “Although you feel exhausted, at the end of the session you are still buzzing with energy,” said Nicole.

After completing the challenge, Nicole was significantly fitter than before and received more results than she expected in just 8 weeks! Nicole has now a full time F45 gym member, she loves being a member of Zuccoli’s F45 and found the challenge was the perfect opportunity to decide if the facility suited her.
