Zuccoli Plaza has taken out the top gong for The Peter Dermoudy Award for the Commercial Architecture category in the 2018 Australian Institute of Architects Northern Territory Awards. The judges applauded both the developer for encouraging such a fresh approach to a local shopping centre, and the architects for their responsiveness to community context, connections and experience.

Designed by The Buchan Group Architects, Zuccoli Plaza, comprises 3,400m2 of retail space with additional covered areas incorporating seating for residents and community groups to meet.
