Running from now until March 28th, 2024, the ‘Get Active Palmerston’ program features a diverse selection of group exercise classes suitable for all fitness levels. This inclusive approach ensures that everyone can participate and benefit.

• Tri It!: Triathlon skills and fitness
• Tai Chi: A popular Chinese martial art with slow controlled movements

• Pilates: A great workout for strength and conditioning 
• Heart Foundation walking groups: Walking in a group is a safe and fun way to get your daily walk in
• Yoga: Mixing flexibility and meditating
• Get Wet, Get Fit: Swimming exercise is a fun way to exercise in the coolness of a pool
