As 2023 comes to an end, we reflect on a year filled with extraordinary milestones, boundless community engagement, and monumental strides in shaping our vibrant Zuccoli community. Over the past year Zuccoli Village has truly blossomed, from the completion of the 10,000 square metre Michael Ting Park, to the commencement of Phase 3.7, we couldn’t be more proud of our accomplishments this year and are beyond excited to share more with you in 2024!

In March, Zuccoli Village completed the second phase of the Dragonfly Release, an array of 26 homesites ranging from 411m2 to 664m2. From options at $215,000 to premium lots at $288,000, this diverse offering caters to a myriad of preferences and budgets.

One of the highlights of 2023 was the grand opening of the Michael Ting Park. Spread across a sprawling 10,000 square metres, this oasis at the heart of Zuccoli Village not only beckons as a recreational haven but stands as a vibrant testament to community spirit and unity. The lively inauguration event resonated with laughter and camaraderie, turning the playground into a buzzing hub of activity.

The playground stands as a heartfelt tribute to the late Michael Tien-Lok Ting, the inaugural mayor of the Palmerston area in 1985. His legacy, rooted in a commitment to equal opportunities and education, finds expression in this dedicated space—a living memorial that embodies his enduring impact on the well-being of the Zuccoli Village community.
